Application Process
Decontamination & Prep
Wash, iron remover, clay bar, paint correction if required, IPA wipe-down.
Coating Application
Applied in 2×2 ft sections using a cross-hatch pattern. Flash time depends on the product used.
Buffing
3-towel system — Towel 1: light pressure leveling · Towel 2: circular residue removal · Towel 3: final polish for an ultra-slick finish.
Curing
Dry to touch in 20 min, no water for 24 hrs, full hardness in 72 hrs, no wash for 7 days.

Every warrantied System X coating is officially registered with CarFax under your vehicle’s VIN. This means:
- The coating appears on your CarFax vehicle history report
- Added resale/trade-in value when you sell
- Independent verification that your vehicle was professionally coated by an Accredited Installer
- Industry-recognized proof of long-term care
- Coating must be applied by an Accredited Installation Center (WillsieItShine Detailing is certified)
- Annual Inspection completed within the warranty period (exterior wash, decontamination, Crystal or TopCoat refresh, full coating inspection, recorded within 30 days at SystemX.com)
- Damage must be reported within 30 days of discovery
- Warranty is non-transferable — stays with the original registered owner
- No automatic touch / brush tunnel car washes
- Use only coating-safe products and methods
Annual inspection is not included in the original coating price.

Each inspection includes a full exterior wash, iron remover + decontamination, Crystal or TopCoat refresh, full coating inspection, touch-up of high-wear areas, and registration at SystemX.com within 30 days. Service time ~1.5–2 hours.

- Claim determination is at the sole discretion of Element 119
- Approved claims result in repair/retreatment by an approved applicator OR refund up to $1,000
