Scheduling Policy
- Missed appointments do not roll over to future months
- Appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to a service issue on our end
- If more than 5 weeks pass between services, the next visit counts as the following month’s appointment

Interior Coating Care (System X Interior)
UV, spills, stains, surface wear — up to 3 years protection, CARFAX registered.
- Wipe leather & vinyl every 1–2 weeks with damp microfiber
- Vacuum carpets, mats & fabric seats weekly
- Clean spills immediately
- Use only interior-safe, alcohol-free products
Exterior Coating Maintenance (Crystal | Pro | Max | Diamond SS)
- Hand wash or touchless every 2 weeks
- Avoid brush-style automatic washes
- Wash in shade or cool conditions
- pH-balanced, ceramic-safe soaps only
- Dry with plush microfiber — no air drying
- Wait 7 days after coating before first wash
- Annual coating inspection recommended
Custom Maintenance Plans for System X Clients
Quote-based — wash frequency tailored to coating level, toppers & boosters (TopCoat / Renew / Revive) 1–2x per year, quarterly or bi-annual decontamination washes, glass, trim & wheel touch-ups, annual full coating inspection.
