Scheduling Policy
- Missed appointments do not roll over to future months
- Appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to a service issue on our end
- If more than 5 weeks pass between scheduled monthly services, the next visit counts as the following month's appointment

Interior Coating Care
Protected by System X Textile & LVP — guards against UV rays, spills, stains, and surface wear on leather, vinyl, plastic, and fabric. LVP carries a 3-Year Warranty | CarFax Registered.
Maintenance Tips:
- Wipe leather & vinyl every 1–2 weeks with a damp microfiber towel
- Vacuum carpets, mats & fabric seats weekly
- Clean spills immediately to avoid setting
- Use only interior-safe, alcohol-free products
Exterior Coating Maintenance
System X Crystal+ | Pro+ | Max G+ | Max MF — built for intense gloss, slick hydrophobic behavior, and superior chemical & UV resistance.
Coating-Safe Care Guidelines:
- Hand wash or touchless wash every 2 weeks
- Avoid brush-style automatic car washes
- Wash in shade or cool conditions
- Use only pH-balanced, ceramic-safe soaps
- Dry using plush microfiber towels — no air drying
- Wait 7 days after coating before the first wash
- Annual coating inspection recommended

- Crystal+ / Renew / Revive: Bi-weekly hand wash
- Pro+ / Max G+ / Max MF: Monthly wash + optional bi-weekly rinse
- Only touchless or hand wash methods
- No pressure washing near PPF edges
Boosters & Toppers
- Renew or Revive booster 1–2x per year, included
- Gloss enhancement using System X-approved sealants
- Applied during visits if beading or slickness declines
Decontamination Washes
- Quarterly or bi-annual based on environment (e.g. salt, fallout)
- Safe iron remover + clay towel process (if needed)
- Reapplication of boosters after decon
Glass, Trim & Wheel Touch-Ups
- Coating checked on windshields, lower doors, wheel faces/barrels
- Reapplied in high-wear zones when needed
Annual Inspection
- Full coating condition check (gloss, beading, slickness)
- Touch-ups quoted if needed
